1. Test us out with your own item
2. Communicate to us an outline of the job via email or we will visit the site withor without you
3. We contact the customer on your behalf and arrange a time to suit all parties involved
4. Collection
5. Communication to let you know it has been collected
6. Complete the project within timescales set
7. Communication to let you know it is complete
8. Arrange a time to deliver it at a time to suit all parties involved
9. Delivery back to customer
